The day to day running of the business is handled by our experienced transport staff who are efficient and prompt with regard to the feedback and external communication.

 

EDI System

We make use of the EDI (Electronic Data Exchange) system by standardised message formatting.

This allows us easy access to viewing and printing orders from our clients.

Timeous Deliveries

Our operations team takes full responsibility and control of all transport orders.

Specific attention is paid to customer service, which results in timeous deliveries.

Transport Insurance

  • Insurance

    All our trucks are insured and we carry a GIT cover and a copy of the cover is available as per client request.

  • Adjustable Insurance

    DCP is able to adjust insurance policies to suit individual client needs, relating to the inventory in it's charge, and/or any equipment or vehicles utilised in the delivery of services.
